Weld failure analysis systematically identifies the root causes of weld defects and breakdowns through a combination of visual inspection, nondestructive testing, metallurgical examination, and comprehensive process review. We conduct a detailed evaluation of materials, joint design, welding parameters, procedure compliance, and workmanship to determine contributing factors and quantify failure mechanisms.
