Robotics Training
We provide comprehensive onsite robotics training for operators, welders, and programmers that combines practical hands‑on instruction with formalized programming strategy, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices. Coursework covers robot safety standards and cell risk assessments, motion planning and path generation best practices, programming languages and structure (including teach pendant and offline programming workflows), welding commands and parameterization, and strategies for repeatable fixturing and error‑proofing. Emphasis is placed on programming strategy to maximize process robustness—modular program architecture, parameter abstraction, built‑in interlocks, diagnostic logging, and revision control—to ensure safe, auditable, and high‑quality automated operations. Additional modules address welding quality control, weld‑specific sensor integration, preventive maintenance, and systematic troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and nonconformances. Training is deliverable for Fanuc and ABB robot platforms and can be tailored by experience level; each session includes reference materials, practical assessments, operator competency verification, and recommendations for follow‑on support or certification.
